PWE offer engineers certification (required by OSH) for amusement devices. Such projects are priced individually, and we welcome your query for any further information.

LTSA Rail Safety Auditing
LTSA requires all Rail Operators using a gauge of over 300mm to undergo an annual external audit by an approved Safety Auditor. This service can be provided to the top of the South Island, and discounts may be offered for non-profit organizations.

Heavy Vehicle Certification
Heavy and trade vehicles (i.e. COF vehicles) require engineers certification for a range of vehicle additions. Certification services offered by PWE are as follows:

• Towbar Certification
• Drawbeam Certification
• Drawbar Certification
• PSV (Passenger Service Vehicle) Roll-over Certification
• SRT (Standard roll threshold) Certification
• Load Anchorage Certification
• Motor home seat belt anchorage

PWE employs mostly standard charging for these services. Towbar / Drawbar / Drawbeam / Load Anchorage certification standard fees are $299.70 (incl. GST). Other jobs are priced individually based on an hourly rate of $120p/h.

ROPS (Roll-over protection system) Certification
PWE offer engineers certification for Heavy Machinery roll-protection frames. We offer design and certification services for the following devices:

• ROPS (roll-over protection)
• FOPS (falling object protection)
• TOPS (tip-over protection)

This service is offered to top of the South Island clients, on an individually priced basis.
